Expressions of Interest – FRAC and HPC vacancies
The Australian Fencing Federation (AFF) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for vacancies on the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC) and High Performance Commission (HPC).
Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC)
The FRAC plays a critical role in supporting the AFF Board by overseeing financial reporting, audit processes, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance. We are seeking members with strong financial literacy, ideally with professional accounting qualifications (CPA or CA).
High Performance Commission (HPC)
The HPC oversees the AFF’s High Performance Program across Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, guiding athlete development pathways and performance outcomes. We are seeking members with expertise in areas such as athlete development and wellbeing, high performance systems, or lived experience within elite sport.
About the Roles
Both FRAC and HPC positions are voluntary, with meetings generally held monthly via videoconference. The AFF is committed to building diverse, inclusive and high-performing committees and encourages applications from candidates of varied backgrounds and experiences.
