Expression of Interest – Tour Manager

Attention all experienced Tour Managers with a passion for fencing and travel! We are currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our team of Tour Managers.

As the Tour Manager, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of the tour on the ground, from transportation and accommodation to scheduling and activities with the team. You will work closely with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders (including parents) to ensure the tour runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering a seamless and unforgettable experience for all participants. This role is integral to the success of our tours and close collaboration with the AFF Operations Manager is required to ensure all tour preparations are completed to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coordinating events such as tours. They will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will also have a passion for travel and sports, with a keen eye for creating an engaging and exciting atmosphere for all participants.

You must hold and maintain valid First Aid and CPR qualifications, along with a valid Working with Children check. Experience with managing large groups, especially young athletes, is desirable.
