Important

Fencers are required to be present at the venue and checked in with the DT no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their event. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.

It is strongly recommended that equipment control be completed the day before your event. Please be aware that processing times at equipment control may exceed 30 minutes, depending on demand.

Please note:

This is an Invitational event.  Invitations are sent out in rounds based on the AYC Rankings as of 14th Oct 2024.  A maximum of 16 fencers are accepted per gender/weapon.  Multiple rounds of invitations can occur for different weapons.

Round One closed at 4:00pm Monday 13th Jan.

Round Two closed at 4:00pm Monday 20th Jan.

Round Three closed at 4:00pm Monday 27th Jan.

Round Four closed at 4:00pm Monday 3rd Feb.

Round Five closed at 4:00pm Monday 10th Feb.

Fees and charges:

Note, some states may add a state levy to cover team management and other state-related costs. These levies are in addition to AFF tournament charges and are collected at the time of registration. Please check your state association website for more information.

IMPORTANT - Entries via JustFence

Entries for this event must be made by accessing the AFF JustFence system.  YOu need to have an account in JustFence, with your membership from your state added.  

If you have not accessed JustFence before, you will need to create an account.  Fencers in ACT, QLD and WA are able to purchase memberships for their state within JustFence.  Fencers in NSW, SA and VIC need to ensure they have purchased their membership in their states system, and their state needs to transfer the membership to JustFence.
