This form is to be completed by individuals seeking media accreditation at an AFF tournament.
As part of the application process applicants are required to confirm that they have read and understood the following AFF documents:
- AFF National Integrity Framework
- AFF Code of Conduct
- Conditions of Entry
These documents are available on the Integrity and Policies section of the AFF website.
Once signed a PDF of the signed agreement must be uploaded into the AFF Photographer / Media Accreditation credential in JustFence
How to Upload Your Document in JustFence
- Log in to JustFence.
- Navigate to Profile → Credentials.
- Select Add Credential.
- Choose AFF Photographer / Media Accreditation Form
- Upload a clear copy of one of the accepted documents.
- Save your submission for verification.
IMPORTANT: Before being able to pick up your accreditation from the DT in the Venue, the following documents must also be provided in JustFence:
- Evidence of a current Working With Children Check;
- Evidence of completion of the Sport Integrity Australia National Integrity Framework course; and
- Evidence of completion of the Sport Integrity Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction.
