Individual qualification
The AFF will nominate fencers to the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) for selection in the Tokyo 2020 Australian Olympic Team according to the nomination criteria published below. The number of places allocated to fencing nations is governed by the International Fencing Federation (FIE) as outlined in their publication International Qualification System for Fencing for the 2020 Olympics.
