International Safe Sport Day – 8 August

This year, the Australian Fencing Federation is supporting International Safe Sport Day, a global initiative that raises awareness of the importance of safe, fair and inclusive sporting environments. The day provides an opportunity for sporting organisations, participants, coaches, officials, volunteers and parents to reflect on the role they play in fostering positive sporting cultures and protecting the wellbeing of everyone involved in sport.
We remain committed to promoting safe sport and ensuring that everyone can participate in sport with confidence, respect and dignity.
