Finance, Risk and Audit Committee Member

We are seeking individuals with a background in finance and/or law to join our Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management and audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage risk and governance.
• Resolve issues of Risk to the company and propose solutions to the board.

Qualifications:

• Experience in finance or law.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management.
