Conditions of Entry for AFF and Relevant Organisation Activities
It is necessary for all Relevant Persons to adhere to, agree to, observe, and not breach the AFF Policies* when engaging in AFF and/or Relevant Organisation Activities.
Additional AFF Conditions of Entry to AFF Activities
In addition to the above conditions regarding AFF and Relevant Organisations and AFF Policies, the following conditions also apply for AFF Activities:
- that you have no outstanding debts to the AFF;
- that Relevant Persons submit to the AFF photographing, videoing, and at times, broadcasting of its Activities, and grant exclusive license to use such images or film as obtained by the AFF without claim on the AFF for any royalty, payment or constraints;
- that you follow direction from AFF Relevant Persons (i.e. those working for or engaged in roles with the AFF) while attending AFF Activities;
- that you observe rules specific to the activity; and
- Any other condition as introduced by the AFF from time to time.
*AFF Policies means all policies, stipulations, regulations, rules, protocols, guidelines, or similar as published from time to time by the AFF.
Exemptions
If you would like to apply for an exemption of any of the Additional AFF Conditions of Entry to AFF Activities, please do so by writing to the secretary@fencing.org.au. The decision to grant any exemption will be at the sole discretion of the AFF.
