Changes to Competition entry times.

The AFF is constantly working to improve the running of the National tournaments. To assist fencers in preparing for their events, the AFF has determined to make the following changes to the entry times and publishing of pools for national tournaments.

Normal entries will continue to close 2 weeks before the first day of the tournament. Late entries will now close at 4:00pm AEST, 2 days before the first day of the tournament. The fencer start list will be published by 6:00pm on that same day via the events FencingTimelive link. Event pools will be published within 24 hours of the close of Entries.

Every effort will be made to use the pools advertised, however, based on the roll call on the day, the tournament DT may determine, in the best interest of a balanced event, to re-draw the pools on the day of the event.

These changes are now in effect. Regarding the Entries for AYC#2, these will now close at 12:00pm AEST tomorrow, 6 May 2022. With the start list and pools to be published by 4:00pm, 6 May 2022.
