This form can only be used by Australian Citizens, as the Australian Fencing Federation is only able to purchase FIE Licences for Australian Citizens.
At the end of this process you will need to pay the sum of AUD60.00 to the AFF. Payment details will be provided at the end of the online form as well as once you have submitted the form. You will receive an email that will summarise all of the information that you have provided, and instructions on paying the AFF.

If you are prescribed medication, and you are unsure of its status, you call the ASADA hotline. The hotline number is available on the ASADA website at http://www.asada.gov.au/.
If your medication is listed as a banned substance you MUST notify the FIE on this on either a Therapeutic Use Exemption Form or an Abbreviated Therapeutic Use Exemption Form, with a copy to admin@ausfencing.org or AFF Admin Officer, 64 Princess Street, Williamstown, VIC, 3016.
