Julius Pollack Shield
Mens Individual EpeeJulius Pollack was President of the Victorian Amatuer Fencing Association and President of the Australian Amateur Fencing Federation from 1947 into the 1960s. In 1956 he was made a Member of Honour of the FIE, and was awarded an MBE in 1962. The Julius Pollack Shield is presented at the National Championships to the Mens Epee Champion. The champion's name is engraved on a plate fixed to the shield for that purpose.
