NOMINATION PROCESS & TIMELINE
Nominations must be lodged using the attached form and for athletes must be accompanied by a fee of $500 [cheque or money order made payable to AFF Inc, or by direct payment to the AFF account]. In the event that a nomination is unsuccessful, the fee will be refunded in full within 30 days of the announcement of the team. For those athletes who are selected for the team, this fee will be offset against the final cost of the tour. It will not be refundable in the case of withdrawal after selection. However, in exceptional circumstances [as determined by the AFF executive] or for a validated medical reason, it will be returned, minus a $50 administration & handling fee.
Athlete nominations are to be received by close of business on Tuesday 15th June 2010, using the supplied forms.

Late nominations may be accepted by the AFF Executive at its sole discretion. The AFF Selection Panel will forward their recommendations to the AFF Executive so that the Selections can be announced on June 22nd 2010. The AFF Executive will select the team officials and referees, if required, and also announce these on June 22nd 2010. All results up to and including June 14th 2010 will be considered in the rankings for these selections.
