The role of this Commission is to:
  • Develop, manage and review Federation's High Performance Program (HPP) including:
    • training and touring programs for weapon squads and teams;
    • annual training & competition plans of identified elite athletes
  • Advise on duties & annual work plan of national weapon coaches
  • Recommend allocation of funding for HPP
