The Development portfolio covers all aspects of coaching and of development, in addition to officiating (referees). By necessity, there is an overlap between this portfolio and that of High Performance (relating to the coaching resources available within the High Performance Progrma), and also that of Operations (relating to officials required for local and international competitions).
